Privacy Policy
This page is a placeholder while we prepare our full privacy policy. It isn’t a complete or binding statement of how we handle your data — treat it as a summary of our current intentions, not a legal document.
What we collect
The company, contact, and licence details you enter when using Jaddedly — company name, CR number, contact names, phone numbers, emails, and the licence information you add so we can remind you before it expires.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for anything beyond running the reminder service you’ve asked for.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, we keep the licence, company, and contact details you’ve entered so we can send the reminders you asked for.
If you move to a smaller plan, anything above your new plan’s limits is archived rather than deleted straight away: it stops appearing in the app, stops triggering reminders, and no longer counts towards your plan, but it stays recoverable so that upgrading again brings it back.
Archived items are permanently deleted after 90 days if they haven’t been restored by then. This includes any licence documents you uploaded. Deletion is automatic and enforced by a daily job — we don’t keep archived personal data indefinitely.
